YVONNE
- This week - (0.4) pounds lost
- Cumulative - (27.0) pounds lost

HART
- This week - (0.8) pounds lost
- Cumulative - (24.6) pounds lost

Both Yvonne and I had excuses this week, but are both of us are happy to be down….

  • Yvonne - her knee was aggravated and she didn’t go to workouts this past week, while recuperating
  • Hart - enjoyed Palatal Mongolian StirFry, Pizza, and a few beers and a Burger this week, when he probably should have been more mindful of the Points.
