Do You Have Any Good Recipes?

I am planning on converting my recipes into a “collection” and place them here in the RECIPE category.

If you would like to share your favorite recipe, please send them to me at … hart@HARTandYVONNE.com .. please put the title of your Recipe in the Subject Field.

Your recipe should include:

  • Ingredients and quantities and cooking procedure
  • Number of servings the recipe yields
  • What size a serving is
  • Information: Calories, Fiber, Fat (if possible)
  • Weight Watcher’s Flexible Point Value Per Serving
