“SHOOTING STAR CASINO” TRIP
May 17, 1997 to May 19, 1997

We drove south of the Canadian Border into Mahnomen, Minnesota USA to stay at the Shooting Star Casino and Hotel. It’s about a 4 hour drive from Winnipeg. It’s really a nice quaint hotel and entertainment center out in the middle of nowhere, on an Indian Reserve. I believe we made some spending money on the trip and detoured around to Fargo, North Dakota and Grand Forks before heading up back to Winnipeg.
